I would like to delete my purchases history

As sberman wrote, it can't be deleted (unless you delete your Apple ID).

You can, however, hide it-

Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

Hide and unhide music, movies, TV shows, audiobooks, and books - Apple Support

That is not possible.

But since you are the only person using your Apple ID, it shouldn’t matter as you can simply not look at them.
