Apple tv trial

Yesterday, I opened an Apple account, and signed up for a trial membership of Apple TV. I watched 2 episodes of Ted Lasso (on my tv) with no problem. But when I try to watch the next episode, I keep getting the messages about signing up for a trial.

Without being an active subscriber, one or two of the beginning episodes may be free to watch; sort of as a teaser. To be able to see all of Apple TV+, you’ll need to be a subscriber and you’ll need to be signed in with the account that has the subscription.

  1. Verify that you are signed in to the Apple TV app with the Apple ID account that has the subscription. Sign in to the Apple TV app - Apple TV app user guide - Apple Support
  2. Verify that active status of the subscription. Manage subscriptions in the Apple TV app - Apple TV app user guide - Apple Support
