Apple Watch series 7 Suddenly the crown stopped pushing in. Crown still will rotate but cannot use the crown to get to apps.

Take it to an Apple Store or authorized Apple service provider for examination. Don’t try to force it or press too hard. A series 7 should still be under warranty especially if you also purchased AppleCare+.
