How to increase the ring on a iPhone 12?

How do you increase the ringing time on an iPhone 12 phone? Only rings for 3 rings before going to voicemail. Brand new phone - upgraded from an Xr model where it would ring out before going to voicemail.

Contact your carrier for help with this. They set the number of times a phone will ring before going to voicemail.
