You did not answer the question as to why you think you were “compromised”. We have no idea what happened or what you saw that made you think that.
As for your data, were you not backing it up? That’s what backups are for. If you didn’t back up your data and something went wrong, that’s on you, not Apple.
The chances of you phone having been hacked are minuscule.
No. There has been no breach.
Why, exactly, do you think your phone was compromised?
