I’m not able to add my bank cards to my wallet even though there is a “ +” button on the top right corner. Can anyone help?
Check that your iPhone is set to a region where Apple Pay is supported in Settings->General->Language & Region->Region.

Did all of what?
Be absolutely certain the country in Settings is correctly set. That message happens most often when the country is set to one where Apple Pay is not supported. What country is it set to there?
Open Settings ➢ your name at the top of the list ➢ Payment & Shipping ➢ Add Payment Method.
Once the payment method has been added, you will have the option to link it to Apple Pay.
