Apple TV 4k

I have a 4k HDR tv with fast HDMI cables but the Apple TV does not recognise this. Anyone know how to fix this problem.

Try restarting the Apple TV. Unplug it for 10 seconds from power then plug it back in and see if the features now work.

Also check your TV settings, and make sure it is not set to limit input resolutions in any way. It's possible some setting on the TV may be preventing the 60Hz option.

What do you mean by "does not recognize this". What are you expecting to see?

The Apple TV won't tell you there's any particular cable connected to it.

If correct cables are used and the connected TV supports certain features that need those cables, then they will be enabled. Things like Dolby Vision, or HDR10+ etc...

Also, provide the model number under Settings->General->About->Model
