Spectrum Security Suite

Just installed Spectrum Security Suite (August 2022). Almost every hour it supposedly finds and blocks a harmful file (malware type) and pesters me to restart the computer. After I do, all is well until the same message pops up an hour or so later. This has happened 10 times today. Never had a problem like this with previous antivirus software, only this one. When I run scans no problems come up. Anyone else experience this?

Uninstall it. Your Mac needs no such security app and will likely not operate as well with it installed.

All the hype you read about Mac security software is just that ... pure hype. Your Mac has its own built-in protection.
