Can't connect to App store.

My phone was working just fine but from yesterday I can't get into the app store and iTunes app. It keeps showing can't connect to the app store. I've checked at least 10+ videos on youtube. None of them worked so far. So the issue is I put my credentials on the app store but it doesn't log in. I've tried it from multiple settings option. I've reset my phone and after that, it kind of connected but it still kept showing can't connect to the app store. So I thought since it connected this time maybe I'll log out and log back in again. Maybe that'll work. But still nothing. I logged in to my iPhone 11 with the same apple id and the app store works perfectly there. Is it my apple id or my phone? Which one is causing this problem?
