Is there a 20w charger for the old iPhone 6s i have the old type cable wont fit new 12 13 charger type

Unfortunately no, the 20W charger only comes w/ a USB-C output.

You CAN purchase a USB-C to Lighting cable to charge your phone w/ newer power adaptors.
