Found very damaged iPhone

I was cycling recently and found a blue iPhone 12 Pro Max laying on the side of the road, partially buried in the dirt. It had clearly been dropped from a passing car, and seemed dead. The entire casing was shattered, some interior components were dented, and the camera was smashed. I brought it home and tried charging it and impressively enough, it successfully rebooted. It was locked up and wouldn't even show medical ID or anything like that, so I tried plugging it into my iMac to see the device name (it didn't work). Finally I restored it (to make sure the data couldn't be retrieved except by the owner) and got the MEID, SN, ICCID, and IMEI. However, these have not helped me to find the owner either. Does anyone know of a way to find the owner's contact info in order to return the phone?
