The two are unrelated unless you can use Sign in with Apple to get into Facebook (I don't know since I have never used Facebook).

How to use Sign in with Apple - Apple Support

If you deactivated your account click on this link about 'How to deactivate your Apple ID account' --> How to deactivate your Apple ID account - Apple Support and see the section about "Can I reactivate my account?"

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", click here and read what to do ➞ If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support

Read the support article "If your Apple ID is locked or disabled"; it has solutions for two frequently encountered reasons for an account to be disabled/locked. Click here --> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

- If your account has been disabled for security reasons

- If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store

I know there's some redundancy in the documents but apparently I need to post both here because not everybody is aware of that.
