Suddenly I cannot pair my Apple wireless Keyboard with my MacBook Pro, 16 inch..

On your Intel Mac I would try resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

(get at least two-three rounds of the chimes when holding the NRAM Reset)

if no resolve try a Safeboot and try again—SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support to sort anomalies.

log in and test you set up. Reboot and see if it sticks
