Apple account blocked

hello! This is not the first time I am writing to you, please help me with an account on an old X-r model phone and SE watch. last year I forgot my phone password because I changed it the night before and couldn't remember it in the morning. there was an account that I use now on the new devices of your company. but for some reason, when restoring the phone, he asked for my id, which was changed in 2016. the phone number that I entered for this id is very old and blocked for a long time. Since the phone is blocked, it literally lies with me like a brick, in addition, the hours for which I still pay in installments. I can’t disconnect the watch from the phone, since they are tied to it and have the same ID. please help me with this problem. in the attachments I will add the serial number of the phone.Thank you in advance and really hope for your help!

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. This is done online at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not provide details as to what is acceptable proof. Prior to this new online service Apple typically required the original receipt* issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller and documented provenance (so typically it would be the original owner who does this, or a descendant with legal proof of ownership).

Realize that the people responding here do not work for Apple. There is nothing we personally can do in this matter.
