My iPad won’t receive mail

My iPad won’t receive mail and when I try to sign into iCloud I get the message,”server not trusted”. What can be done about this?

If you have one or more of these installed… Remove any add-on security app or add-on VPN client app, restart, and try again.


If this is a business or organization’s network, try connecting to iCloud via cellular or hotspot or a different Wi-Fi, and see if this is caused by the configuration of the business or organization’s network.
