i cant find the announce notification option in the settings in my iphone 12 pro max. My ios is up to date 15.6 but still there is no option where i can toggle on the announce notif. Under SIRI section only siri suggestion you can see. How can i able to show the announce notif.

Thanks for posting the screenshot. It appears that you are in the wrong section of Settings. Try the following:
Open Settings ➡️ Siri & Search ➡️ Announce Notifications.
