How do you find out if there is hidden apps on your Imac?

Every app on your Mac can be found in Launchpad (click the icon grid on the Dock, next to the Finder) or in Finder > Macintosh HD > Applications.

Well you can find FindAnyFile and search your system for all .app files.

The real question is why would you want to do this?
