Big Sur - Mail App - Is it possible to get the 'Date Sent' column back? I use that to organize the mail app's appearance & I don't appreciate the Bill Gates method of being told that you know better than I do what I want to see here. { & I also have a bit of visual astigmatism & have trouble reading non-serif fonts }

FWIW, "Date Sent" is enabled by default in a "Sent" folder. If you want to see it in other mailboxes, right click in a column heading and enable it from the drop down menu.

You can change the font in the Mail Preferences to what ever style and size you want.
My Mail view is set to Show column layout and Show Date and Time
