Hacked phone

I KNOW that my Apple ID has been hacked, as has emails, accounts, home security, you name it. It’s been hacked. Reason: to sabotage my efforts to report federal white collar crimes by biz partner/brother. He knows all my personal info: ss#, date of birth, etc. since he’s my brother. I’ve seen my messages being forwarded to a second apple device, but I only have ONE. As I clicked on to see where else my messages were going, text message forwarding option disappeared before my very eyes before in Lodi see where things were being forwarded. I have cybersecurity proof router was hacked. and so much more. My question is this: how could someone intercept ongoing or outgoing calls? That has been happening. Important people write me snail mail saying they can’t reach me by phone but I have no missed calls or messages. The mortgage co., tax advocate (helping me with tax fraud he committed in our biz), close friends, police officers. I now have burner phone but would like to know how my calls are being controlled. I get how the text messages can be with him having Apple ID, but calls?

As I mentioned, the device that was being forwarded to, was removed when I clicked on it to see who it was. I HAVE changed my email and passwords multiple times. I have created over 20 email addresses to get away from them but they are still there. Maybe back in thru router? I know my Verizon cell phone bill has been hacked as has been my internet provider account. they make calls and IMPERSONATE me and have all my personal credentials. Even a cybersecurity company could not get rid of them. I’ve changed passwords, user names, phones, routers, computers, pins, even used Alias names and birthdays on new accounts. Incoming calls and outgoing calls- intercepted. Police officer I called a dozen times never got my message UNTIL I used my burner phone.

but I want to be able to use my iPhone again- safely. Heck, I even changed my Apple ID and password then factory reset phone and still couldn’t shake them.
