Ticketmaster ticket to wallet

More details on the problem: When I click on the "view and save your tickets" link in the email from the US Open, it puts me on the ticketmaster website, then I selectI the event, and both tickets show up under "My Safetix" Clicking on either one of them brings me to a page which shows the two tickets with UPCs, and I hit the "Add to Apple Wallet" the first time, only the first ticket went to the wallet. The second one is not there.

Note that I bought the tickets from Vivid seats but I had to give them a ticketmaster account as part of the transaction. If I try to use the ticketmaster app, I log in to the ticketmaster .account, and the app says I have no events, although the ticketmaster website finds them for me. I know that ticketmaster runs the US Open website, but I wonder if there is some link between the USOPen and ticketmaster system that is confused by user IDs (vivd is another user ID)
