I literally own only one iPhone using this Apple ID
I’ve never owned a Mac, my other iPhone is registered to my work email and I don’t share information. And this iPhone has never left the state so how is this possible?

It’s possible because Google, whose site information you’re looking at, isn’t very good at actually identifying the device logging in. An ios update can confuse their system and lead it to believe it’s a “new” device. Other factors can have the same effect.

Yeah… Ok. And I had over 1k in fraudulent charges that were investigated and refunded to an account but not mine. However the funds surely came out of my credit union account.
