Village Pointe Apple Store Practices

What is the complaint department contact information for Apple? I purchased an iPhone 13 pro max a month ago and already have had several hardware issues with it but the village pointe apple store won’t replace my iPhone in-store even though I have apple care coverage and I’m covered under the limited warranty. There’s no physical damage to the phone so perhaps this was a pre-assembly/pre-boxing issue. Regardless, I’m not able to use cellular network on the device only Wi-Fi and they won’t replace the device right there. Technically I’m still covered under the limited warranty but they couldn’t help me and when I asked to just use one of my apple care passes they still wouldn’t issue me a new phone without offering express replacement.
