Turn off auto speech?

How do I turn off speech when using text? Drives me nuts! I have an IPhone XR. When I’m trying to quietly text, the dang thing keeps saying words aloud. That’s a stupid feature!

Go to -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Speak Auto-Text -> Off.
