Face ID 15.6
Face ID stopped working after 15.6 update. I have tried resetting, rebooting, and contacted Apple Support, who directed me to the store.

What happened when you went to the Store as directed?
Earliest appointment for me is on Tuesday. The Face ID worked fine before the update. I am dissatisfied for the inconvenience of having to visit a store to fix an issue that was no fault of my own.
there is nothing anyone here can do about your dissatisfaction.. this is a user to user forum, Apple is not here
