Troubleshooting Contact Text Audio:

Probably it is a configuration in the Contact. So, remove the contact, and then add it back. Gather all of the contact's info, prior to removal. Go here: Manage and Delete Contacts on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
