Status of My Refund

Hi! I have made a request for a refund regarding an accidental purchase of an application in the App Store and the status of my refund states “You have been refunded for this purchase”. However, there weren’t any refunding being done until now. Was my refund approved? If so, when will the payment go through? Thank you so much!
