Error performing request unknown error
Hi, every time I try to check my balance error performing request unknown error shows and I don’t know how to fix it. My call farwarding has been loading so I can’t turn it off . Please help!!

Call forwarding: since it is a specific cellular carrier service, contact your carrier and explain your problem.
