made a family subscription to Apple Music, five out of six members have music and one doesn't, tell me what's the problem

Hi there! Have you checked the sharing page to confirm they have access to it? You can get this from Settings > Tapping on your name at the top of the screen, Family Sharing then check both the member and the subscriptions they have and who is displayed under Apple Music
