Wet phone won't charge :(

Ii, I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and got it wet but my battery was low and needed to call someone so I tried to charge it and it said it had liquid, so I didn't charge and let it airdry for a couple hours, but then I really needed to charge it so i tried to dry it. Then i connected it to power and it started to charge normally. I didn't let it fully charge and when i tried to connect it again a few hours later it didn't charge neither recognize the charger.

I now connected it to my mac and it doesn't charge either but whenever I disconnect it the screen lights up to say 'my phone is findable', so that makes me think the lighting port its not ruined but oh, I don't know. :(

Can someone help me?
