My phone is showing carrier lock for E-sim only whereas physical sim is working perfectly fine. Also its showing “no sim restrictions” in about section but whenever i try to scan an E-sim , it gives an error of “your device can only use data plans from a different network provider” . Any solutions for this?

Have you been able to try reaching out to your mobile carrier that's used with the eSIM? They'll be in the best position to help out with providing guidance for any locks on the SIM or device.

After they confirm the device is unlocked you can try the "If you have a SIM card from a carrier other than your current carrier" section's steps (from the above page) or the "If you don't have another SIM card to use" section, depending on your situation.
