Copy Apple Watch setup to a second Apple Watch

I have two Apple Watches, and I would like to copy the setup from one to another. Right now, to set up the second I have to rearrange all the app icons in the same way as the first, mirror the sounds & haptics settings, etc. Basically configure each app individually a second time.

Is there any way to copy one Apple Watch setup to a second Apple Watch?

No that isn't possible because each watch is it's own entity and is completely separate from any other watches paired to the same phone.

I have 3 watches paired to my phone at the moment because I do a lot of experimenting,and by the way although you can pair more than one watch to a phone you can only use one at a time.
