Location data inaccurate

Hello,

I purchased my Apple watch last october, and I have struggled with inaccurate distance logging ever since. On longer runs and cycling trainings, the difference is quite big, and as I love Numbers and Strava, this is not a good fit. I ran a half marathon with three friends, they were using garmin and the Strava app on iPhone to track, and I was in the end 1 whole kilometer behind (so I had to run 22,2km in total just to Get my own Numbers correct🥵🥵). I feel like I’ve tried everything listed on these forums, checked if the location data is on and allowed, and I even restarted the whole watch. No improvement. Now I turned off the Motion and condition-access because someone said that might help, but then my outdoor cycling just didn’t track the route with gps at all?

please help. Thanks.
