Intermittent black screen on Apple TV

TV screen goes black for 3 to 10 seconds every few minutes. Apple TV 4K and QLED Samsung TV. Factory reset did not help.

Try a different HDMI cable and port. If possible test on another TV. If it persists contact Apple support.
