Hello there! When using any plug-ins I can not properly see the control interface. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I “should” see and an additional of what I actually see. Any advice? Is there a setting I just need to switch?

You may try heading into the GarageBand menu > Preferences > General tab, and see if "Open plug-ins in Controls view by default" is enabled. If so, you may try toggling this off, and see if that's helped.
