Can someone track you with air pods pro

Do you have "FInd My" enabled on your iPhone, and have paired these AirPods Pro to it? If so, then YOU will be able to track their location via the Find My app.

On the other hand, if you lost them or they were stolen, then anyone with an iPhone that has "Find My Network" enabled, and are near the location of these AirPods, that are still charged and not in their charging case, should be able to send their location to the Apple Find My servers.
