Erased disc

If the drive is an SSD, then you cannot recover any data from it once the SSD has been erased due to how SSDs work.

If the drive is a hard drive, then you may be able to recover some data, but what can be recovered depends on how much the drive has been used since it was erased since the more a drive is used, the more likely the data is overwritten. Even if data is recoverable, you may likely have to sort through tens of thousands of unnamed files.

You should always have frequent and regular backups of your computer and all external media (including the cloud) which contains important & unique data.

In the backup you made prior to erasing it.

Otherwise, disk recovery software or a service.
