Does an app with “always” location services still track my location if the app is force closed?

Location ios16 no apps available When I go to the settings for the location services, I can't find most off the apps as in ios15.x. I need to permit an app that needs my location. Even the build inn weather app doesn't have permission. Does anyone have a solution?

iOS 16.3.1 - Location Services Not sure if this applies to everyone but every since 16.2 location services -> system services -> find my iphone and motion distance and calibration fire almost always on my iphone pro max. The only way I get it to stop is by turning off those features. is anyone experiencing the same issue? Apple pls fix this as soon as possible.

Location Services:

If you did not disable Location Services, and it was set up correctly, then yes, it will stay enabled.
