Hey! I recently removed a prepaid debit card from my payment methods because I got a new $50 apple gift card for my birthday. I went to try to buy something in one of my favorite games and it said this “We are unable to charge any of the payment methods on your file for your account” even though I clearly had $50. Please help. ;-;
Apple sometimes requires your to have a payment method on file even if you have an account balance. Once you add the card, your Apple ID balance will be charged before the credit card is charged.
