Hi there Riz3xYT,
If you're unable to add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay, you'll want to check to see if you're in a country that supports Apple Pay. Have a look at the link below to find out:
Countries and regions that support Apple Pay
If you're in a supported country, you'll want to be sure your iPhone is running the latest software version, which is iOS 15.6. You can check that in Settings > General > About. Learn more about updating iPhone here:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Next, you'll want to be sure you're using a supported card from a participating issuer, and signed into iCloud with your Apple ID. The links below provide more information:
Apple Pay participating banks in Canada, Latin America, and the United States
Apple Pay participating banks and card issuers in Asia-Pacific
Apple Pay participating banks in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East
Afterwards, you can try working through the remaining suggested steps in this support article to see if they help:
If you can't add cards to Wallet to use with Apple Pay
Cheers!
