I needed help to setup my iPhone iOS 14 or 15 wherever it available

my issues is everything these saying here I do understand but in practice it’s not worth trying to setup iOS 14 or 15 from my iPhone 7 it’s saying there Settings General Software 15.6 but it’s not updated looks like automatic but I don’t think so
