Refund problem

i got charged for a purchase i didn’t want to pay for, and i contacted the support. They said that it is refunded, i opened my banking app and i saw i have the price waiting to be processed. Now i dont have anything in bank and the processed money are not there, what can i do?

Wait. Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for bank cards; click here for more information.


If it's already been that long, ask your bank or the iTunes Store staff.
