Clock tab is not showing in System Preferences > Date and Time
I believe this tab is now showing in 12.5 (Monterrey).

One new strange thing is that as you can see I have settings tih AM/PM and clock is not showing accordingly.
You're welcome. I don't know why AM/PM would not be showing unless you have lots of icons in the menu bar. You could try turning AM/PM off then on again. If that doesn't work try restarting your Mac.
