iPad mini 4

Hi everybody,

Can someone help me with an iPad mini 4 that I cannot get to receive an iOS update from 10.3 to 15.6?

The gears have been spinning for days now. I tried factory reset, turning off/on, etc. Nothing works. It just won't come out of it's attempt at updating.
