What makes you think that you have a virus on your iPhone?

If you happened to see a message or email that indicated that you are at risk for a virus, things like this are scams designed to trick you into buying useless software.......or worse.....revealing your Apple ID and Password. Delete the message or email.

There are no known viruses in the wild that can infect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
