I am trying to unlock my grandson's iPhone

iPhone is disabled it is frozen and keeps saying no Sims. I have changed it out twice.

You have a couple of issues you will need to resolve, hopefuly this helps.


Are you putting in a SIM that is from the carrier the phone is locked to?


If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled or unavailable -

How to reset your passcode using a computer.

If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support



If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad.
