Independent ringer volume for AirPods
There seems to be only one place to control ringer volume. I normally have my ringer on full volume due to a loud environment.
When I connect my AirPods the ringer volume stays the same and if I forget to turn down ringer it blasts my eardrum with first notification before I turn down the volume. Then when I'm not using the AirPods, same issue, I don't hear my phone ringer because it is still turned down from using AirPods.
I love the AirPods, however, I would think there should be an easy way to add a separate volume control for when they are connected.
After searching to see if I was missing something, I found posts from two years ago with the same issue. Am I missing something? Seems like a pretty basic feature to add to iOS.
