Can't watch a purchased music video

Hello, I bought a music video but I can't watch it, nor in my MacBook, nor in my iPhone, not in Apple Music or Apple TV. In my phone when I want to watch it from the iTunes Store, it just changes to the Apple TV app, and that's all, without a trace of the video. Hope someone can help me :)

Hello JJ_all_nice,

You've come to a great place for help with your purchased music video. Purchased music videos should appear in the Music application on your devices. If you haven't already, on your Mac open Music, and in the left column you should see Music Videos. The video should appear there. If it doesn't, you may need to download the video using the steps in the relevant section of the following article. The article lists the steps for downloading music on all Apple products, and the steps for downloading on a Mac are listed below.

  1. "Open the Apple Music app.
  2. From the menu bar at the top of your screen, choose Account > Purchased. If you use Family Sharing, you'll see Family Purchases instead of Purchased.
  3. Find the music that you want to redownload. If you use Family Sharing, choose a family member next to Purchased to see their purchases.
  4. Click the download button Download button next to a song or album."

Redownload music

You may also need to search for the video title in the Music app. When searching the title, it should show in the search results beneath Music Videos.

Have a great day!
