iPhone 7 won’t erase emails
What can I do to get my Emails erased or moved?

Assuming it is an IMAP account it syncs to an email server. When you delete from your phone you must have an Internet connection to the email server; if you don’t, the server doesn’t know the message was deleted and will keep it until your phone connects again.
