Is the computer Originally came installed with Monterey - No.


The Apple Licence of Use prohibits this.


If the computer came with an Older Version of macOS maybe.


Say maybe because the User Profile indicates the computer is an Apple Silicon Computer


This would complicate the matter.

The USB Installer Method will not work for Apple Silicon M1 / M2.


If one pursues that method - this could cause some real issues which will further complicate the issue.
