insufficient remaining store credit

Hello,

I have used an apple gift card of 5$ so my account have 5.36$ credit, yet, whenever I try to make a purchase COC Gold Pass 4.99$, I get the message "insufficient remaining store credit. I don't understand what's going on.

Now I got cause of need amount for tax

You need to update your payment method or add a new one.

Add a little bit more to your Apple ID balance.

OR -> Contact Apple Support.
